Tradition Meets Contemporary Love
Sandeep and Elizabeth blended traditional Indian wedding customs with our modern water-front atmosphere for a wedding and reception to remember!
On the big day, the patio ceremony area was set and ready for guests to arrive. Shaded from the sun in the late afternoon makes this location perfect for admiring the harbor and San Diego Bay while waiting for the main events to begin.
Guests were encouraged to grab an informational pamphlet to guide them through this unique and beautiful culturally blended ceremony.
With all the guests seated, it was time to line up the processional. They included even the smallest members of the family!
Elizabeth looked radiant in her vibrant orange sari and traditional wedding henna. The happy couple’s touching vows were accompanied by two traditional Indian wedding customs and sealed with a kiss.
After staff from Personal Touch Dining helped us transform the ceremony area into a spot for lawn games, guests enjoyed craft cocktails, and fresh appetizers made on-site!
Like these adorable elephant card-holders, we loved all the traditional Indian details, intermingling with the modern romantic decor!
Once guests found their seats for the Grand Entrance, a quick welcome blessing thanked everyone for being there to celebrate the newlyweds. Right after, Personal Touch Dining served an incredible dinner buffet supplemented with traditional Indian dishes from Varanda Catering!
With dinner concluded, the lovebirds took a moment to cut their wedding cake and start the dancing portion of the evening! Guests partied well into the night thanks to the talented DJs from Dancing DJ Productions.
We were so honored to be a part of such a wonderful couple’s special day. Their unique celebration of love was beautiful, and we know their future together will be bright. We wish them all the best!
