Before the meeting, guests basked in the San Deigo October weather out on our sunny patio area.
While enjoying the fresh air and sensational views, servers from Personal Touch Dining passed around some appetizers!
Candied Bacon Deviled Eggs, Chicken and Waffel Bites with Bacon, and Fresh Fruit Skewers were always within reach for a quick snack.
We couldn’t help but fall in love with this hearty motif!
So, we made sure that the buffet was garnished in an elegant array of seasonal squash, festive mason jars, and delicate lanterns to celebrate the theme.
Personal Touch Dining served their Harvest Beet Salad with beets, mandarin oranges, tender greens, fennel, shaved almonds, and a citrus vinaigrette.
They also served Fresh In-Season Veggies, including purple cauliflower!
As the main course, each guest had a choice between Cedar Plank Salmon with Lemon Aoli or the vegan option of the special Baked Eggplant.
Everything was beyond delicious, and the meeting went off without a hitch!
We’re so happy ILEA enjoyed their time here at our always versatile Harbor View Loft.
