This is also where many organizations host their year-end giving galas, timed around the season when donors are already in a giving mindset. We coordinate the run of show so your board and staff can be present in the room instead of managing logistics.

Lower-key receptions built for conversation and relationship-building rather than a hard fundraising pitch. For 50 to 200 guests. Passed appetizers, food stations, a full bar, and a room that flows between conversation pockets rather than rows of seating. Less formal than a plated dinner, better suited to donor relationship-building than a hard fundraising pitch.

Silent and Live Auction Events

Dedicated space for auction displays and bidding, staged separately from the dining area so guests can browse without disrupting the program. Works as its own event or layered into a larger gala, with clear sightlines between the auction tables and the stage.
