Catering

All Catering Services are included with the Package. Custom Menus are available. We are happy to accommodate Special Diets and Children's Meals.

Wedding Cake/Dessert

All Wedding Cakes and Desserts must be booked through Harbor View Loft. We are happy to accommodate special requests.

Wedding and Reception Timing

1 Hour Rehearsal, 2 hour Pre-Ceremony use of Wedding Party Dressing Areas, 5 hour use of Venue for Ceremony and Reception. Setup and Cleanup time is included as follows: 2 hours for Setup and 1 hour for Cleanup.

Corporate and Social Event Timing

2 hours for Setup,  5 hour use of Venue for Event and 1 hour for Cleanup.

Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal

Rehearsal Time Scheduled 30 Days Before your Event

Event Timing

Events Must End by 11:30pm with Music and Bar Ending 30 Minutes Prior to End of the Event

Bar Service

We offer three All -Inclusive Bar Packages to fit your alcohol selections.  Beverages cannot be self-serve except in Wedding Party dressing areas. Shots and neat drinks are not permitted.  Table wine service is available for an additional charge.

Bar closes 30 minutes prior to the end of the event.

Parking

Complimentary On Site Parking Parking Available

Day of Wedding Coordinator

A Day of Wedding Coordinator is included in all wedding packages.

Outside Vendors

All Vendors are required to be selected from our Approved List.

Outside food is not allowed

Local Hotels

San Diego offers many wonderful options. Both the Sheraton Bay Front and The Hilton San Diego Airport/ Harbor Island are in walking distance to Harbor View Loft. There are also many hotel options in Liberty Station, and it is just a quick Uber ride away.

Payment Schedule

A 30% Non-Refundable Payment is required at the time of contract signing. An additional 30% is due 90 days later. The balance is due by cashier's check the Monday before the event. Payment plans available.

Additional Fee

Refundable Damage / Excessive Cleaning Deposit: $500

One Day Event Insurance Policy: $200

Security Guard Fee: $250

I cannot rave enough about our wedding at Harbor View Loft. From start to finish everything was absolutely perfect. Our coordinator was Annalisa, and she was a dream come true. She made an experience that can be overwhelming and stressful seem effortless. All of our questions/phone calls/emails were answered promptly, they were able to work with all of our requests. We fell in love with the venue, the pictures online just can't do it justice. The views and atmosphere of the location are priceless. We had our ceremony on the patio and here isn't really need for too much outdoor decorations because the views alone are an amazing backdrop for the ceremony. The food was AMAZING. We are so unbelievably grateful for a truly perfect wedding day.

I cannot say enough good things about Harbor View Loft and the team! Our wedding was cancelled twice due to covid, but they always made sure to communicate and worked with us on finding a new date each time so that we could finally have our day! We had our ceremony across the street at the park and the views from there and the reception location are breathtaking. Annalisa, Darcie and Danielle were amazing throughout the almost 2 years of planning (thanks covid) and really made sure every detail on our day was perfect. We got so many compliments from our guests about the venue and how great everything was. I would highly recommend this venue and team to anyone getting married, you won’t be disappointed!

We held a corporate event at Harbor View Loft in January and our team was impressed with how every detail was handled. The team at Harborview was amazing and so attentive to our group's needs. All the details of our event were taken care of to our specifications. From the moment we enquired about the location to packing and wrap up, the team at Harborview was attentive, extremely responsive and flexible. The site is very nicely renovated and it is very spacious allowing our group of 60 people to move around and not feel confined. The views from the site were very nice with views of the marina and the SD skyline. I would highly recommend this site for any type of event you may be planning.
